When a finger is just a finger or Using tablet PCs Posted over 9 years ago by N/A - Posted in General
Jack Nack talks about using tablet PCs (iPad anyone?) for drawing and the imprecision of fingers vs styli (styluesesseseses).

talking with artists at Pixar and elsewhere: they find drawing and painting on an iPad interesting, but in a sort of abstract, intellectual way--until you show them the ability to smudge pixels with a finger. There's some kind of lower-brain connection that brings out a lot of smiles.
So I should use a finger as a finger and not a pencil ---> Hand smack head. And these are creative, out of the box thinking kind of people. Its no wonder the general public finds technology confusing...
