Stop being creative and deliver something

Creating something is always exciting, and having ideas is super easy that is why I am sure that everybody is extremely creative. Now the secret of success is making these ideas come true.
And don't I know it! So how about you - are ideas easy and delivering difficult or is it a different kettle of fish?
