Within the European Union

If you are based in the European Union, then AV3 Software are obliged to charge UK VAT on any products sold.

This is currently 15% and will be included within the sales price - you will notice as "Our price (inc VAT)"

Want to buy without VAT? - then its all about VAT Registration

If you are VAT registered as a business or organisation then we can sell you products without adding on VAT.

What we need from you is to register your VAT number when you register or when you purchase.

This should be entered as your country code, followed by your VAT number e.g. GB 1234556678

We also need your VAT registered name and address.

We will then go and validate your VAT number, which may take up to 2 working days.

If you have yet to purchase then any future purchase will be excluding VAT.

If you have already purchase, we will refund the VAT to the card used. This may take several days due to the way banks work. Sorry.

And any future purchases will be excluding VAT.

Outside the European Union

If you are outside the European Union, we will not charge VAT and you should see prices without any VAT included.

If you do see VAT included "Our Price (inc VAT), you will need to register with us, and then change your currency to US Dollars, on your account management page. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
